Frequently asked questions

Do you support personal bank accounts?

Yes. We support both personal and business accounts at Vietcombank, Techcombank, MB, ACB, VPBank, BIDV, TPBank, Sacombank, Agribank and many more — 41 connectors in total.

Are webhooks reliable? Can transactions be lost?

Webhooks average p95 187ms. If your endpoint fails, the system retries with exponential backoff (up to 24 hours) and logs everything in the dashboard for manual replay if needed.

Is there a transaction limit?

Starter is limited to 500 transactions/month. Business and above have unlimited transactions — you only pay per connected bank account.

How secure is it? Are my bank credentials safe?

Bank credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and stored in an HSM. Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256, IP whitelist is enforced, with a full audit log. We comply with PCI-DSS and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

I use WooCommerce/Shopify — is integration easy?

We have official plugins for WooCommerce, WordPress, Shopify and Magento. One-click install, paste the API key, ready to go. For custom systems use the PHP/Node.js/Python/.NET SDKs or the raw REST API.

Do you provide VAT invoices?

Yes. E-VAT invoices are issued automatically after every successful payment. Annual contract customers get 15% off the list price.
